I like it!

It's funny, I love the His Dark Materials triology(read it when I was 12 and waited with baited breath for YEARS for all 3 books), but I never thought to look for fanart on DA - I found you through ogling ponies... now thanks to you I want to trawl e-bay for every G1 pony ever, ha ha!

I feel like that about G1 ponies right now - but I did have a MASSIVE collection as a kid.

I had a pretty big collection, but my mother kept threatening to throw them all out if I didn't put them away and one day she really did and I didn't notice it until it was too late >.< I regret it a lot.

My friend found some under her bed though and she let me have those. Some of them are ones I owned, too <3

My sister & I had a massive set but when qwe were a bit older and short on money mum sold loads to a collector but we still have a few kicking about ^^

I just have one of my original ponies hanging about. It's a painter one... I swapped her with my cousin for one of the older ponies named Seashell when I was kid. Later on in life when I was looking for ponies again, she gave me her back. And Whizzer. I never had Whizzer, but I loved her so much >.< And this one had a chunk out of her mane, so my cousin didn;t think she'd sell for much on e-bay...
